    Local Shipping

    MAURITIUS

    FREE LOCAL SHIPPING

    Please note that orders are considered as confirmed and will be processed only after payment.  We currently order free shipping via local post.
    Orders are shipped after two business days except for pre-orders and custom orders.
    IMPORTANT: Orders for face masks are pre-orders only, that is, they are manufactured after a client places an order.  We usually take a maximum of 5 days to ship an order and your order should be received by local post at latest in 10 days for clients opting for free shipping
    DISCLAIMER: Once posted, we have unfortunately no control on your order.  We hold no responsibility for any late delivery due to the post office efficiency.

    LOCAL PICK-UP

    Pick-up at the atelier can be done on weekdays only between 9am to 4pm. The client is kindly requested to set up the time and date at least 24 hours in advance via e-mail or by private message on one of our social media channels and is subject to availability.

    EXPRESS SHIPPING

    We offer Express Shipping(next day delivery) via FeDex for an extra fee of Rs250.  Please contact us if you choose this option.

    International Shipping

    WORLDWIDE

    We offer international shipping through both Mauritius Post Office(Registered but not tracked) and via other service providers.

    Returns & Refunds

    RETURNS

    We currently accept no returns unless there is a mistake on our side for your order.  We would advise you to check our size chart before ordering or ask for additional details via our email contactme@deena-a.com or on our social media channels if you are unsure about your size.

    REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

    Please note that our refund policy is only in the case you failed to receive your parcel after one month after we shipped it through local post and applicable only for local orders for now.  We do not take into account if your parcel was undelivered if the post office did two unsuccessful attempts to contact you nor if you failed to pick up your parcel and it was returned to our atelier.
    No exchange will be done to change designs unless pre-approved. We can exchange either a size up or down based on availability of the stock.  If you are ever unsure about the size or style, please book an appointment to try it at our atelier or at one of our local resellers.
